Meet The Team

On March 13, 2010, I married the man of my dreams, John Dean Fielding. I am a mother of three precious children, and along with my mother, Daphne, they have taught me many important things in life: surrendering all I have to Christ, selflessness, compassion, generosity and keeping the main thing, "the main thing!" They are my heroes!

I love gathering with my dear family and friends. They've all been such an amazing support to my children and me. God certainly knows who we need. He never ceases to amaze me!

Hi, I'm Leslie, and I live in La Center with my husband Brian.  I have raised two boys, Jared Jacob and have four grandchildren.  I decided to seek employment and was so lucky to find Dr. Cai. I cannot imagine finding a better place to work. What a group of girls, and we all truly love our patients! Anyone who knows me knows I like to talk.

Outside of work, my passions are spending time with my grandchildren snowmobiling, going to the dunes and camping.   Basically, I am up for anything outdoors. 
 I have been blessed with a wonderful life.

I married my husband Jay in 1992, and we had our  son Kaden, in 1998.  I also have two grown step-children who have families as well.

In my time away from work, I like being  in my happy place (my kitchen)  trying new fun restaurants and spending time with my little love Aussie Doodle Daphne.

I have worked for Dr. Cai since October 1996, and I really can't imagine life without Dr. Cai and the amazing girls I work with. We've became one big, happy family!

Hello, I have had the opportunity to work for Dr. Lauren Cai's for about four years now.....And counting!

I am newly married to my husband as of June 24th, 2023.  In our spare time we love to travel, go out to new restaurants and try breweries around the area.

Working for Dr. Cai has been rewarding in numerous ways and I am grateful to be a part of this team of ladies. 
 

I am a lifelong resident of Cowlitz County and 1993  Kelso grad. My husband Tyson and I have two amazing daughters Presley and Payton.

The dental field was a path I wanted to take as a young adult and landed a job sterilizing in orthodontics at the age of 19. I was encouraged to try my skills as an orthodontic assistant and assisted for 17 years.

I have worked at the office of Dr. Lauren Cai since 2003. The people I work with have become my second family, and I enjoy the time I spend with them very much.

My husband, Casey and I have raised our two sons, and now enjoy spending time with our grandkids.

In my free time, I love to travel and spend quality time with friends and family.
Working here at Dr. Cai's office has been exciting and so much fun. I have made great friends here and look forward to what's ahead for us.

I have enjoyed working in the Dental field for over 15 years.

My husband and I have three children and our family Golden Doodle, Harlow that keep us very busy.  We enjoy traveling and camping.

My name is Katie and I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Cai for the last four years.

My husband and I have two teenage sons and live in Castle Rock.

My hobbies include cooking, hiking and attending live music events.....of course with friends and family

I went to Dental School at Lower Columbia Dental Assisting Academy.  I started out as an intern for Dr. Cai and luckily was hired on as full time clinician.

In my free time I like to go camping at Hood Canal where we go crabbing and ride around on our side by sides.  I also love going shopping, trying new things and my precious puppy, Piper.
