Meet The Team

I'm a lifelong resident of the area and feel incredibly blessed to have spent my career caring for others in orthodontics. I've been part of the world of orthodontics since 1994, with my current primary roles in the office being insurance and patient coordinator. I also enjoy lending a hand whenever I'm needed, including assisting our clinical team from time to time.

Outside the office, I love spending time with my husband and two adult daughters. I'm happiest when I'm hosting friends and family, hiking or traveling and making new memories. I am also a lover of a stunning sunrise and sunset!

One of the greatest joys of my work is getting to know our patients and their families and being part of their orthodontic journey. I'm truly grateful for the relationships we build along the way.

Hi, I’m Leslie! I live in La Center with my wonderful husband, Brian. I’m a proud mom to two boys, who have blessed me with many beautiful grandchildren.

I truly love where I work and feel so fortunate to be part of such an amazing group of women. Most of all, I love our patients and feel blessed to have the opportunity to care for and connect with them.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my grandchildren and enjoying the great outdoors. You’ll often find me boating, snowmobiling, camping, or simply making memories with the people I love most.

I feel incredibly blessed to have a wonderful life, a loving family, a job I truly enjoy, and so much to be thankful for! 

Hi! I'm Katie!  I've been a Treatment/Financial Coordinator and Clinical Assistant to Dr Cai since 2020. My husband and I live in Castle Rock where we raised our two sons that are now young adults. Outside of work I enjoy cooking, reading, hiking and making memories with my family and friends.

I have been fortunate to call Kelso home my entire life and have spent over 20 years working in the dental field. I truly enjoy what I do and, most importantly, the relationships I have built with so many wonderful people along the way.

Outside of work, my family is at the heart of everything I do. I’m married to my husband, and together we have three children who mean the world to us. We love spending as much time together as we can and making memories as a family.

When we aren’t busy with work and family, my husband and I enjoy traveling to Mexico, camping, and simply enjoying new experiences together. I’m grateful for the life I’ve built!

I started working with Dr. Cai in 2018 and truly enjoy being part of the team. I’m the office Spanish speaker and love helping our Spanish-speaking patients feel comfortable and cared for.

Outside of work, I married my husband, Juan, in 2023. Together, we enjoy discovering new breweries and spending time with our beloved dog, Buddy. One of my favorite parts of my work is seeing the confidence that comes with a beautiful smile transformation. I really enjoy being part of that journey and watching our patients’ smiles—and confidence—grow! 

I attended Lower Columbia Dental Assisting Academy, where I started my dental career as an intern for Dr. Cai. I was so lucky to be hired as a full-time clinician in 2021, and I’ve loved being part of the team ever since! I truly enjoy what I do and getting to meet and connect with so many amazing patients. 

When I’m not at work, I’m usually off making memories and enjoying the things I love most! You can often find me camping at Hood Canal, where we love going crabbing, cruising around on our side-by-sides, and soaking up all the fun that comes with being outdoors. I also LOVE shopping, trying new things, and pretty much anything that turns an ordinary day into a fun adventure! 

And, of course, I can’t leave out my precious puppy, Piper! She is completely spoiled, absolutely adorable, and has a very special place in my heart. Life is always a little more fun with Piper around! 

Teri worked with Dr Cai for 30 years before retiring. We are blessed to have her fill in for us from time to time.

On March 13, 2010, I married the man of my dreams, John Dean Fielding. I am a mother of three precious children, and along with my mother, Daphne, they have taught me many important things in life: surrendering all I have to Christ, selflessness, compassion, generosity and keeping the main thing, "the main thing!" They are my heroes!

I love gathering with my dear family and friends. They've all been such an amazing support to my children and me. God certainly knows who we need. He never ceases to amaze me!
