I knew in the eighth grade that I wanted to work in the dental field. I had always talked about dental hygiene but landed a job sterilizing in orthodontics at the age of 19. Thankfully I was encouraged to try my skills as an orthodontic assistant and loved it.
I have had the pleasure of living in Longview/Kelso my entire life. I am a 1993 graduate from Kelso High from where I cheered on many sports teams. I married my husband Tyson (also a Kelso graduate) in 2000. We started our family with our two lab/sheppard mix dogs Cooper and Tucker and have stepped up to children. We have two beautiful daughters. Our oldest daughter Presley was born in 2005 and Payton in 2007. When I get away from work and kids I find enjoyment in scrap booking pictures of my family.
The friendships I am able to make with our patients and their families, the reward of transforming a smile and the confidence that comes with that new smile are so rewarding.
