Financial & Insurance

Whether you are seeing our Vancouver, WA orthodontist, Dr. Lauren Cai, with your child for early treatment or are visiting us to find out if you could benefit from adult orthodontic treatment, our goal is to make orthodontic treatment accessible to all our patients! Our mission is to provide affordable, high quality orthodontic treatment that fits your budget. We never want finances to get in the way of you obtaining the straight and healthy smile you deserve!

We offer several different payment options including:

  • Zero-interest in-house financing
  • Third-party financing through CareCredit
  • Patient financing through Lending Club Patient Solutions (previously known as Springstone)

To find out more about the Lending Club Patient Solutions option, just ask our staff or visit the LendingClub website.

Insurance

If you have insurance that covers orthodontic treatment, you will benefit from not having to pay high out-of-pocket expenses for the treatment you need. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from standard dental insurance. Because insurance policies differ, we will gladly review your policy to determine the best course of action to take. Once you begin treatment, as a courtesy to you, we will happily file your claims. We ask that you complete all the insurance questions on our questionnaire to assist us in filing your claims.

Our practice is a preferred provider for United Concordia dental insurance.

If at any time during the course of your treatment your insurance benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
